What we collect

When you submit a conquest, we collect your email address for verification purposes and to notify you when your submission is approved or rejected. We also store the image you upload, along with any optional title, description, and link you provide.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send the verification code and status updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your uploaded image is displayed publicly on the world map once approved.

Storage

Data is stored using Supabase (EU/US region). Images are stored in a public Supabase Storage bucket. Email verification codes are stored temporarily in Upstash Redis and expire after 15 minutes.

Emails

Transactional emails (verification codes, status updates) are sent via Resend. We do not send marketing emails.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing buyterra.co@gmail.com.

The service

BuyTerra & Co. is an interactive world map where users can submit images to appear on country territories. Submissions are subject to review and may be rejected without explanation.

Content rules

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use the image.
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws.
  • The content does not contain hate speech, NSFW material, violence, spam, or misinformation.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules at any time.

Duration

Free submissions remain on the map for at least 24 hours from the time of approval. After this period, another user may claim the territory. Paid submissions have extended durations as described at the time of purchase.

Liability

BuyTerra & Co. is not responsible for the content submitted by users. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
